TBG Administrative Services (TBG), a licensed Third Party Administrator (TPA), was developed 1992 out of a need to better service the clients of The Boller Group, Incorporated.  Our background in self-funded medical plans and claims administration is extensive.  Rick Boller introduced partial self-funding to the Wausau, Wisconsin area over sixteen years ago.  Since that time, The Boller Group has continued to be innovative in meeting our clients’ group insurance needs with self–funded programs.  We have built our strong and faithful client base by providing services other companies or agents do not.  When it became apparent that the TPAs we were using did not have the same concept of customer service that we did, we established TBG Administrative Services to provide personal, comprehensive and professional claims management.  

 

After careful review of many claims paying systems, Claimsoft software was selected because it is responsive and flexible.  This software is run on fast, reliable hardware to provide the service we demand for our clients.  Our plan are customized for each group client, utilizing PPO networks and managed care provides that fit their specific needs and locations.

 

A very important factor in self-funding is the re-insurer, the insurance company that provides your firm’s aggregate and specific stop-loss protection.  We believe it would be very detrimental to customer service if TBG was tied to only one source for re-insurance.  TBG has relationships with several re-insurers, which gives us the flexibility to give our clients competitive rates and a wide range of services.
